Technical Project Manager, Penetration Test Team Leader, Penetration Tester and Security Analyst

All candidates must have the right to work in Gibraltar or the UK and absolutely must speak and write engish fluently. Priority will be placed on candidates that are forces veterens from any UN force, or ex blue-light or medical care service.

Technical Project Manager (Gibraltar based)

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the technical teams by independently executing project management activities. The Project Manager will create and maintains project plans, develop and communicate status reports, manage issues and risks, maintain communication with the clients, and help to control project scope. In addition, they work with project teams and 3rd party vendors to maintain alignment and lead cost-benefit analysis efforts.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
70% - Delivery & Execution:
  + Executes project scoping and manages scope for low to medium complexity projects
  + Creates, monitors, tracks, and adjusts project plans based on critical milestones
  + Conducts budget planning and manages budget
  + Conducts cost benefit analysis and justification process
  + Develops and communicates status updates highlighting any potential issues, including schedule, resource, cost, and risks
  + Documents and applies lessons learned to subsequent projects and regularly contributes suggestions for improvement
  + Understands organizational goals to apply to project work
  + Forecasts timelines, budget needs, and resource needs with accuracy

20% - Monitoring:   + Identifies, defines, and makes recommendations to mitigate risks
  + Manages projects in adherence with The Home Depot's compliance regulations
  + Works with project teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure critical dependencies remain unthreatened
  + Captures and drives issues to resolution

10% - Administration & Operations:   + Updates systems on a standard cadence (e.g. financials, testing updates)
  + Creates, documents, and posts project artifacts to centralized repositories
  + Manages the purchase order and invoicing process with 3rd party vendors
  + Facilitates the onboarding and ramp up of new project team members

Nature and Scope
Typically reports to the CEO / Directors.

Environmental Job Requirements
Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in Gibraltar

Education Required:
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-5 years of relevant work experience
PMP Certification
Experience working as a project manager
Experience with the planning and execution of projects and risk mitigation strategies
Experience with project management execution in a modern software environment via multiple methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Penetration Test Team Leader

As a Senior Penetration Tester at Hedgehog Security, you will assist clients by uncovering vulnerabilities and weaknesses that put their environments at risk. The issues that you identify will be accompanied by your strong desire to assist the client in understanding how the risk applies and how they can prevent and remedy specific issues. The role requires contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the Security Testing practice through team building/training, industry tool and article (blog) development, and being an advisor to Hedgehog's clients.

Responsibilities
  + Use automated tools as well as manual testing methods to identify and validate vulnerabilities identified in client organizations
  + Uncover meaningful risks relative to specific client environments and their (information) assets, exploitable through identified attack vectors
  + Management of the testing team
  + Training and mentoring of the juniors

Nature and Scope
Typically reports to the CEO / Directors.

Environmental Job Requirements
Environment: Located from home, with attendance at client sites. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel: Typically requires overnight travel around than 50% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications
  + Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  + Must be legally permitted to work in Gibraltar or the UK
  + CREST CRT
  + OSCP
  + OSCE

Education Required:
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years

Physical Requirements:

Penetration Tester (Gibraltar Based)
